Prof. Chen Hailiang, President of Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower, is honored as the Specially-Appointed Education Supervisor by the Educational Supervision Committee under the State Council.
According to the Education Supervision Regulation and Administrative Measures for the Appointment of National Supervisors (for Trial Implementation) and because of the needs of education supervision, the Educational Supervision Committee under the State Council planned to create 11th National Education Supervision Team, engaging 200 National Supervisors and 300 Specially-Appointed Education Supervisor nationwide. After the procedures of recommendation, review and publicity, the team finally formed.
